and the direct relationships between students, teachers and parents. Junior U has three types of user:
Parents (over 18), Teachers (over 18) and Kindergarten to 12th grade students.

WHY DOES JUNIOR U COLLECT INFORMATION?
Junior U collects personal information through teachers for several reasons. When providing a safe space for children online, you must be sure who is using the site. Teachers are required to enter in valid information when registering themselves, students and parents of the students to ensure that everyone on the site is properly accounted for and all users are legitimate. Junior U stores all information on its servers. The information provided by teachers during registration, such as full name, email address, school affiliation and zip code are used to verify the validity of the teacher. The students full name, email address and date of birth are used to verify student's age and ensure that ages can not be changed throughout the student's tenure on the site. Junior U must handle personal information of our users and must know who each user is, have proof of that member's identity, know how to contact that member, and occasionally verify how the member is using the Junior U site. Demographic information about our member base allows Junior U to provide services that meet the needs of the users and provide advertisers with a way to localize their advertisements. Marketing activities will be significant to the user. Junior U and third party licensees may use non-personally identifiable profile information to generate aggregate reports and market research in the form of statistics. This information is not capable of being matched with your personally identifiable information. Junior U surveys and reviews the demographic nature of our users on a regular basis in an attempt to improve our products and enhance the online learning for our users.
HOW DOES JUNIOR U COLLECTS INFORMATION?
Junior U accumulates personal information largely through registration pages - all placed by teachers. We nay place
a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal
Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and
knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.
A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Junior U uses cookies to
track user traffic patterns. Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and
click rates.
You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site.
WHAT DOES JUNIOR U DO WITH THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?
The E-mail addresses that you or your teacher or the teacher of your child provided to us during registration must be used to log in and participate on the Junior U site. Once you log in, you will be identified by your full name to other users of the site. For children, they will be immediately identifiable to their direct parents and teachers and any other child on the site within two years of age. The personal information you supply to Junior U will not be given, sold, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of Junior U, its users, or the public. Junior U may use aggregated personal information to determine the demographics of our users and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about Junior U. These demographics will always represent aggregate information and will never identify a specific user. Certain non-personal information regarding users is recorded by the standard operation of the Internet servers hosting the Site. This information is primarily used to provide visitors to the Site with an enhanced online experience. Junior U may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe the service to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes. Some feature of Junior U may be offered in conjunction with a partner. unsubscribe@JuniorU.com. Junior U reserves the right to send
users email related to its business practices and operations, such as outage notifications and warnings,
even if the user has opted out.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
Junior U offers users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration. Teachers
are responsible for providing the correct name and birth date of all students and the correct email address. If the
teacher provided the wrong information, please send an email to
Corrections@JuniorU.com to fix the situation. All other
information may be changed through the "edit my profile" option offered by the Service.
